Refund policy


As an independent, family-run business, we want to express our gratitude for your support and hope you love your items. If you need to exchange or return them, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy for full-price items, and 14 days for sale purchased items.

To receive a refund, we require your receipt number, which is sent via text message or email at the time of purchase. If your item was a gift, we are happy to exchange it, but the original purchase receipt number is needed. Please note that we can only exchange items that still have their tags attached and have not been worn or used.

Additionally, we are happy to exchange any item except for earrings, skincare, or bath and body items due to hygiene reasons.

Postal Returns: 

As a small company, we do not cover return postage. We strongly advise obtaining proof of postage when sending items back, as The White Room cannot confirm a refund if items go missing in the post on their way back to us.

Refunds:

Please allow up to 5 working days for a refund to be issued back into your account. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been issued.

Gift Vouchers:

We offer gift vouchers for use within The White Room (Boutique) and separate vouchers for our sister company, The White Room Practice (Holistic Therapies). The White Room Practice

Gift vouchers are non-interchangeable between companies; The White Room (Boutique) vouchers can only be used in-store and not for treatments, and vice versa.

Unless ordered as e-vouchers online, our gift vouchers are beautifully hand-written for the recipient to treasure. We do not keep track of vouchers and, therefore, cannot honor their use if they are lost. Vouchers are valid for 6 months (end of the 6th month) and are non-transferable to another person.

We kindly ask that you do not request us to honor vouchers that are out of date or lost. Thank you.
